W. CRAIG HUMPHREY, IFC,
VICE-PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Mr. Humphrey joined Case-Closed Investigations in 2001 and has served as Vice-President since 2005. His responsibilities include case management, conducting investigations, employee training and covert surveillance equipment research and development.
Mr. Humphrey began his investigative experience in 1994 serving in a variety of undercover capacities with local law enforcement. Mr. Humphrey served as a manger in loss prevention for a nationwide retail corporation before joining Case-Closed Investigations. Mr. Humphrey designed and implemented Case-Closed Investigations’ Drag-Net service.
Mr. Humphrey has received his Electronic Countermeasures Profession License (TSCM) from the North Carolina Private Protective Services Board and is a certified Mobile Forensics Examiner. His diversified training includes courses from the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Additionally, Mr. Humphrey attained the professional certification in Insurance Fraud (IFC).
Mr. Humphrey is a member of the North Carolina Association of Private Investigators and currently serves on the associations Ethics Committee and Membership Committee. He is also a member of InfraGard, a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the private sector.
Mr. Humphrey believes in serving his community by supporting such organizations as Hospice, Goodwill and local schools; however, he derives the most fulfillment through administering the North Carolina Association of Private Investigators’ Amber Alert and Silver Alert notification program. He designed and implemented the program that distributes all active Amber Alerts and Silver Alerts from North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee to all members of the Association.
